Sharing a photo of the task helps us gauge the time, tools, and materials required. We suggest having extra small tasks prepared in case our tradespeople complete their work ahead of schedule, allowing them to make the most of their time on-site.
Half-day or full-day bookings are charged at a flat rate. For standard bookings, the charge is per half hour, with plumbers and electricians having a minimum of one hour. If a 2-hour booking is completed in 1 hour, you’ll only be billed for 1 hour.
We allocate a one-hour arrival window, for instance, between 10:30 and 11:30. Travelling in Lincolnshire and the Home Counties can be unpredictable. While our team members are familiar with their routes, road conditions may change. This adaptable approach guarantees we can fulfill your requirements smoothly, without causing any inconvenience.
Our tradesperson will provide a work ticket detailing the tasks completed and any extra charges, such as materials or parking fees. Once you approve the total amount, you can sign the ticket, and payment will be taken over the phone. A receipt will then be promptly emailed to you for your records.

A 48-hour notice is necessary for canceling or rescheduling a confirmed booking; otherwise, a late notice fee will be incurred. For bookings at our fixed day rate or scheduled after 6 pm or on Saturdays, the fee equals the total estimated value. Other bookings face a late notice charge of £20+VAT.
This information is solely for booking confirmation; no charges will be applied until the completion of the work. You have the flexibility to use an alternate payment method if desired.
